We’re back to our regular meeting schedule, the third Thursday of the month at Heritage House in Riverside Park. Newcomers are always welcome!

September’s guest speaker is Tom Beeke

Tom is an avid local birder who also leads nature tours in western Canada and beyond.  His work is available at www.revealednature.com.  He is the author of the recently published “Birds of Kamloops and the Thompson-Nicola Regional District,” a 400+ page photo guide to all bird species that occur in the TNRD.  Tom will tell us about what he learned while creating the guide, including memorable encounters, photography challenges and rare bird sightings.
