I am pleased to inform you that our club member, Vanessa Robinson, has received an undergraduate scholarship from BC Nature. This scholarship is awarded annually to a deserving undergraduate student and is used to assist a student in his or her academic program. This is a province-wide competition and we are pleased and proud that Vanessa, as Kamloops resident, TRU student, and member of the Naturalist Club, has been awarded this scholarship.

Vanessa was awarded the BC Nature Undergraduate Scholarship at the recent fall general meeting held in Kelowna. Gary Hunt is a club director and Marg Cuthbert is chair of the scholarship committee.
